Update Created by Field of Knowledge Articles

It is now possible to set and update the Created by field of knowledge articles using the import functionality of 4me.  This can be important for organizations that want to migrate their knowledge base from an old knowledge management system to 4me.

The Created by field must contain a person who has the Specialist or Account Administrator role in the account in which the knowledge article is registered.  Only a knowledge manager or account administrator can set the Created by field.  Apart from being able to use the import functionality to set the Created by field of knowledge articles, it is now also possible to set this field using the 4me GraphQL API or the 4me REST API.
