Self Service Presents Completed Requests in View Mode
When an end user or support specialist opens a request in Self Service and this request has already been completed, this request will now be presented in View mode.
That should make the information in the request a little easier to digest and make it clear that no further action will be taken. If the request needs to be updated (e.g. a note needs to be added, or it needs to be reopened), the requester can press the ‘Edit’ option in the upper-right corner.
