Xurrent Welcomes Murat Hedili
Xurrent is delighted to welcome Murat Hedili to its customer success team. Murat joins in the role of Customer Success Manager to help customers in Turkey maximize the value they get from Xurrent.
Murat brings valuable experience in managing complex IT projects in manufacturing, logistics and services environments. For the past 12 years, he has worked as an IT project management consultant at various companies in diverse industries (Enerjisa, Turk Telekom, Brisa (Bridgestone), Demir Dokum (Vaillant), Opet Petrol, Gensenta (Amgen)), where he has put his previous experience in production, logistics, IT, and engineering to good use. He is ITIL and MS Project certified and likes to help enterprises solve complex workflow problems and simplify processes.
At Xurrent, he will be managing customer success in Turkey. Within the Xurrent service management environment, Murat will be tracking customer experiences and searching for new opportunities within companies, like rolling out Xurrent to new departments and encouraging the use of project and portfolio management services, to maximize the value they get from Xurrent.
