4me Now Official G-Cloud 12 Supplier
4me is delighted to announce its successful supplier application to the UK Government’s G-Cloud 12 framework for software. From September 28th 2020, 4me is available to UK public sector organizations through the Digital Marketplace.
G-Cloud is an initiative which the UK Government began several years ago, to provide the public sector with a dedicated procurement framework for cloud products and services, also known as the Digital Marketplace. The application and selection process is run by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), attached to the Cabinet Office of the UK Government. CCS is responsible for delivering commercial services and saving taxpayer money. The framework is an approved list of suppliers that offer cloud and digital services via the Government’s Digital Marketplace, here UK public sector organizations can access approved products and services without the need for a lengthy tender process.
4me has a track record of working with government bodies from agencies within the European Commission to local and regional Councils. Increasingly 4me is used as the enterprise service management (ESM) solution to accelerate the digital integration of internal government services, and its SIAM capabilities allow public bodies to outsource to the external service providers needed to run and transform services provided across Government, Education, Health, Defense and Blue Light services.
“We are delighted to have government approval under the G-Cloud 12 framework”, says Andrew Smith, Business Development Director for UK & Ireland. “4me prides itself on providing solutions with a license model that allows a customer to scale up and down as they need, so it is one of the most cost-effective solutions available, with the quickest time-to-value. We look forward to providing even more cost-effective procurement as public sector organizations pursue digital transformation”.
The agreement runs for 12 months. The duration may be extended for any period up to a maximum of 12 months from expiry of the initial term. Any call off contract placed will have a maximum initial duration of 24 months, with two extensions allowed, each of up to 12 months.
