2019 in Review
This past year has once again been exciting for 4me. We were able to welcome more enterprises and service providers as customers than ever before. To keep up, we welcomed several new partners and team members like Frank Bakker, James Lerch, and Patterson Howard.
As in previous years, the development team delivered new features at a steady pace. In total, nearly 200 enhancements were delivered in 2019. Some of the highlights were the introduction of these valuable capabilities:
- Auto Translation
- Remaining Effort
- Earned Value and Earned Cost Charts
- Project Baselines
- New Status and Visibility Options for Knowledge Articles
- Provider Reports and Customer Reports
- 4me Virtual Agent
- Major Incidents
- Skill Pools
- Out of Office Periods
Despite the continuous stream of new features, the overall availability of the 4me service was 99.998% (there was one outage on July 29).
Looking ahead, we see momentum continuing to drive the adoption of 4me by larger organizations. Never before were so many new 4me implementation projects scheduled to start at the beginning of a new year.
On behalf of the whole 4me team, I would like to thank all our customers and partners for a fabulous 2019. We look forward to a new year in which we work with you to help organizations speed up their own innovation by making it easier to make use of the resources from external providers.
Happy New Year!
