Use Automation Rules to Maintain Financial Information in CMDB

The automation rules of a change task are now able to look up and update the financial information of configuration items (CIs or assets). This can be useful, for example, when the serial number of a CI needs to be included in a request that is assigned to a managed service provider, or when the Asset ID of a CI needs to be filled out after the finance department has registered the CI as an asset in SAP.
