Task Instructions

The Instructions section is now also available in tasks. It can be used to provide instructions for the task’s assignee(s), just like the Instructions section of requests.

The information in the Instructions section can be maintained by the manager of the change to which the task belongs. This section is expanded by default as long as the task has not yet reached its end status.

The Instructions field has also been added to the task templates. By maintaining the instructions in the task templates, the assignees automatically receive the instructions they need to complete their tasks in the most effective manner.
