Substitute Manager

The Substitute field has been added to the Organization form. This field allows the manager of an organization to specify who his/her substitute is.

Knowing who the substitute manager is can be useful information for other 4me users. This field can also be used by integrations, e.g. for sending notifications to the substitute manager.

An organization’s manager needs to have at least the Specialist role to be able to select someone in this field. Don’t worry if a manager does not have this role; account administrators (or directory administrators, in case of a directory account) are also able to set a substitute manager for an organization.
