Set Planned Effort with Automation Rules

It is now possible to use Automation Rules functionality of 4me to set or update the Planned effort field value in change and project tasks.


Keep in mind that the approval tasks of changes, as well as all project tasks, can be assigned to multiple people. For each approver or assignee there is an approval or assignment record. In such cases, it is not the current record that should be updated. Instead, the automation rule should update the planned effort field of one the related approvals or assignments.
