Reporting on Outages by Configuration Item
The following reports have been added to the ‘Reports’ section of Analytics console for configuration management:
- Open Requests by Configuration Item
- Completed Requests by Configuration Item
- Outage Duration by Configuration Item
The last one of these three new reports provides a very easy way for organizations to find the assets that are causing the most serious issues.
