Removing Old Notes

When sensitive information was accidentally included in a note or one of the note’s attachments, it is possible for an administrator to delete this note, provided it was added less than 14 days ago (see the blog post Delete Notes).


To allow older notes to be removed, the account owner is now allowed to remove any note from a person who is registered in the owner’s account, regardless of how long ago this note was added. This expansion of the account owner’s capabilities was implemented to help organizations ensure GDPR compliance.
