More Aging Reports

A whole new set of aging reports has become available. These reports are similar to the ones that were already available, which are:

• Open Requests Aging since Registered
• Open Requests Aging since Last Updated
• Active Problems Aging since Registered
• Active Problems Aging since Last Updated
• Halted Problems Aging since Registered
• Halted Problems Aging since Last Updated

The new ones that have been added are:

• Open Releases Aging since Registered
• Open Releases Aging since Last Updated
• Open Changes Aging since Registered
• Open Changes Aging since Last Updated
• Open Tasks Aging since Registered
• Open Tasks Aging since Last Updated
• Open Projects Aging since Registered
• Open Projects Aging since Last Updated
• Open Project Tasks Aging since Registered
• Open Project Tasks Aging since Last Updated

The intervals for these reports are a little different from the ones that already existed for requests and problems. That’s because it typically takes longer to complete releases, changes and projects. The intervals in the new aging reports are therefore:

• 0 – 2 days
• 2 – 7 days
• 7 days – 1 month
• 1 – 3 months
• 3 months – 1 year
• 1 year and older
