Known Error Filter Added to Problem Management Views and Reports

The filter ‘Known error’ has become available in problem views and reports to include or exclude the problems in which the Known error box is checked.  This makes it possible, for example, to quickly look up all problems for which a workaround has not yet been documented.

It may be good to point out that problems of the category ‘Proactive’ will never be considered a known error since they are intended to get fixed before they start to cause issues.
