Key Contacts Can Access Requests from Child Organizations
The access rights of the Key Contact role have been extended. In the past, key contacts were able to use Self Service to look up all requests submitted by people from their organization. Now they can also see the requests submitted by people from all organizations that are hierarchically below their organization.
Because of this, key contacts may notice that they see more requests when they open the ‘All Requests’ section in Self Service and when they perform a search.
All the requests that they have access to are now also included in the Self Service reports that have been made available to the key contacts by the administrator of the support organization’s 4me account.
