Improved Service Filter for Tasks

The ‘Service’ filter for task views and reports is now a little more intelligent.  Rather than only looking for tasks that are part of a change that is linked to one of the selected services, this filter now also considers the service of the service instances that have been related to the implementation tasks.

In the change calendar the ‘Service’ filter already worked like this, so now the behavior of this task filter is consistent throughout the 4me service.
