Import Time Entries

Because several customers asked for it, 4me now provides administrators the ability to import time entries.  This can be useful, for example, for external people who provide their timesheets at the end of each week or month in a spreadsheet rather than entering their time directly in 4me.

Before preparing your first times entries import file, it is probably best to first run an export.  The export file offers the structure that the import file needs to have in order to successfully generate new time entry records.

An example import file can also be downloaded from the 4me Developer website.  4me’s Import API now also provides the ability to automate batch uploads of time entries.
