Filter Request Reports by Completion Reason

The filter ‘Completion reason’ has been added to the reports that are generated using the data of completed requests. These reports can be found in the Analytics console.
This filter can be helpful, for example, when trying to figure out why requesters are sometimes withdrawing their requests, or if the number of requests for change (RFCs) that are being rejected by approvers is going down over time.
Another, perhaps more obvious use, could be to see whether there are problems that need to be prevented from recurring.
