Filter Changes by Template

Another useful filter has become available to help support organizations analyze their data more effectively. All change reports and views in 4me can now be filtered by change template.

This filter can be especially valuable during audits. It makes it easy to demonstrate to auditors that specific activities have been carried out.

When recurring changes (i.e. change templates for which a recurrence schedule has been defined) are set up in 4me to ensure that people do not forget to complete certain tasks that need to be performed periodically for compliance reasons, the new Template filter can also be used to quickly proof to auditors that these task were completed when they were supposed to.
