Email Notifications in Audit Trail
Each time an email notification is generated by 4me to let someone know that a record was created or updated, an entry gets added to this record’s audit trail. This makes it easy to verify whether an email was sent out successfully.
For example, when a request is set to the status ‘Completed’, the requester receives an email with the solution information. When you open the audit trail of the request, it will show that the email notification was sent.
Similar audit entries are generated for problems, projects, releases, changes, tasks, SLAs, first line support agreement and contracts.
Such audit entries even show up in the audit trail of person records.
