Additional Automation Rule Triggers

AutomationA few more triggers have become available for automation rules. These options make it possible to trigger an automation rule only when a specific update is made. The new options are:

  • On next target update — Triggers when the next target of a request (i.e. the pickup target, the response target, or the completion target) has been set or is updated.
  • On custom fields update — Triggers when an update has been made within one of the fields of the UI extension of a record.
  • On assigned to account — Triggers when a new request has been assigned to a team of the account in which the rule is registered, or when a request was assigned to a team from another account and has now been assigned to a team of the account in which the rule is registered.
  • On no longer assigned to account — Triggers when a request has been assigned from a team of the account in which the rule is registered to a team of another account.
