Partner Announcement: Alpha-Tech
4me is delighted to announce its partnership with Alpha-Tech, headquartered in Romania. This partnership not only adds another very experienced service management provider to the 4me Partner Network, but also marks 4me’s first local presence in the country.
Alpha-Tech’s technology experts aim to deliver quality services and help customers to improve their business visibility, accuracy & efficiency. Alpha-Tech is a rather new company, but their founder is no stranger to 4me. A couple of years ago Mohamed Badran was working as an IT manager at Danone.
At that time 4me was introduced as the service management tool for Danone. I was charmed by the efficient and goal-oriented approach and quickly discovered how 4me can support staff in delivering services in a user-friendly and effective way. I am really happy to introduce 4me to my Romanian customers and work with the 4me experts again.
