Organization Name in Send Email Template
In Xurrent® it is possible to send and receive emails to known and not-yet known users, directly from within the Request form. In the ‘Send Email from Request’ template, which should be prepared in order for this functionality to work, several email template fields (or variables) are available for account designers to easily customize the message. The request_requested_for_organization_name email template field has now been made available for this template, too. This makes it possible to insert the name of the organization of the user for whom the request was requested.
This new email template field can be helpful to large retail organizations, for example, where each store is an organization, and emails are sent to suppliers of those stores. These suppliers can then immediately identify which store must be resupplied.
