End User Privacy for Organizations
A new setting has been added to the Organization form for external organizations: End user privacy. This setting mimics the End user privacy account setting that was introduced earlier this year. It enables companies and institutions that use 4me to store person records of end users whose data needs to be kept private from each other in the directory account. Organizations with this setting are always marked as external.
Other rules related to end user privacy organizations are:
- End users of this organization cannot mention others
- It is not possible to mention end users of this organization
- End users of this organization cannot request or order on behalf of others
- It is not possible to request or order on behalf of end users of this organization
- End users of this organization cannot add people to a watchlist
- It is not possible to add end users of this organization to a watchlist
- Person, organization, and site suggest fields in UI extensions show nothing
- End users of this organization are excluded from person, organizations, and sites suggests
- End users of this organization cannot be made customer representatives
- End users of this organization cannot be made key users
- End users of this organization do not see the ‘All Requests’ view in 4me Self Service
- End users of this organization can only see their own information on the reservation calendar
- It is not possible to see information of end users of this organization on the reservation calendar
