Copy/Paste From Excel to Rich Text Fields

Rich text fields now accept data copied from Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice Calc and Google Sheets.  When cells of a spreadsheet are copied and then pasted in a Note field, or any other field that supports text formatting, the copied cells are displayed in 4me as a table.

Note that most formatting (font, bold, italic, color, etc.) is lost when pasting cells copied from a spreadsheet.  That’s because when cells are copied, the HTML that gets placed on the computer’s clipboard by Excel or any other spreadsheet application does not include individual cell formatting.
