Conversed.ai Chatbot Available as App

A new integration is available in the ‘App Store’ section of the Settings console: Conversed.ai.  Conversed.ai delivers a full-service platform for managing conversational interactions with end-users in an automated way using AI, with an optional handover to live agents.  Conversed.ai is integrated with the 4me service and as such can use information stored in 4me in the conversations.

To install the app, all that needs to be provided in 4me are a URI and a Bot ID. To obtain these, any organization that wants to integrate this chat service with 4me should contact Conversed.ai.  The example below shows the chatbot on 4me Self Service.
