4me Receives 2021 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice Distinction

4me has been recognized with the Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice distinction for IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.  Being placed in the Customers’ Choice quadrant of the 2021 Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: IT Service Management Tools report is an enormous honor.  To qualify for this distinction, enterprise customers submitted reviews of 4me on the Gartner Peer Insights website.  These reviews were subsequently verified by Gartner to ensure their authenticity, after which they were compared with the reviews of 4me’s competitors.

Gartner Peer Insights is a globally recognized online platform of ratings and reviews of IT software and services written and read by IT professionals and technology decision-makers.  The Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: IT Service Management Tools is a report that synthesizes customer reviews into insights for IT decision-makers.

A total of 16 ITSM software vendors were eligible for this distinction this year, but the Customers’ Choice badge is only awarded to the 7 most appreciated solutions.  Interestingly, some of the vendors that are recognized in the October 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for ITSM Tools, did not get a high enough rating from actual customers to qualify for the Customers’ Choice distinction.

With an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 as of January 31, 2021, 4me easily passed the qualification threshold of 4.5.  Perhaps even more impressive, the report shows that 98% of its customers would recommend 4me to other enterprise organizations.
