Health Indicator for Configuration Items

A useful new feature has been added to the Service Hierarchy Browser (SHB) that is available to the right of each request.

This vertical bar already provided a lot of useful real-time information related to the request that the specialist is working on, such as the health and open incidents for the request’s service instance.
 

Now specialists will also see a health indicator for the CIs (configuration items or assets) of the service instance that are relevant for the request. This indicator shows the highest impact level of the open requests that the specialist has access to and that are linked to the CI.
