The table below lists the fields of the Shop Order Line record.

Field Label Utilization Guideline Requested for

The Requested for field is used to indicate the person for whom the purchase is made.

Name

The Name field is set to the name of the shop article that was selected for purchase.

Status

The Status field indicates the current status of the shop order line. Possible values are:

  • In cart – The article is currently in the cart. The order workflow has not yet started.
  • Workflow pending – The order workflow has started but the fulfillment task has not yet started.
  • Fulfilment pending – The fulfillment request is assigned or accepted, but not yet completed.
  • Completed – The shop order for this article is completed.
  • Canceled – The purchase of this article was canceled..

Quantity

The Quantity field indicates the number of shop articles that is included in this shop order line.

Price

The Price field shows the price for each article in this shop order line. This is a one time fee.

Recurring price

The Recurring price field shows the price for each article in this shop order line. This is a recurring fee. The recurrence is defined in the Period field.

Period

The Period field defines the period for which the recurring price is billed.
