The table below lists the fields of the Dashboard form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.
Field Label Utilization Guideline Name
The Name
field is used to enter the name of the dashboard.
Owner
The Owner
field is used to change the owner of the dashboard. By default it is set to the author. Only the owner of a dashboard can edit a dashboard. After changing the owner, both the previous and the new owner are notified.
Description
The Description
field is used to enter information about the contents or audience of the dashboard.
Shared within account
The Shared within account
box is checked when the dashboard should be visible for everyone with access to dashboards within the account.
Shared with members of team(s)
The Shared with members of team(s)
box is checked when the dashboard should be visible for everyone with access to dashboards within the account.
Teams
The Teams
table field is used to relate the dashboard to the team(s) that should be able to view it.
Shared with members of skill pool(s)
The Shared with members of skill pool(s)
box is checked when the dashboard should be visible for skill pools within the account that are linked in the Skill Pools
table field.
Skill Pools
The Skill Pools
table field is used to relate the dashboard to the skill pool(s) that should be able to view it.
Default dashboard
The Default dashboard
box is checked when the dashboard should open automatically when someone opens the Analytics console. This checkbox is available only when the Visibility field of the dashboard is set to βShared Within Accountβ.
Shared with key contacts
The Shared with key contacts
box is checked when the dashboard should be visible in Xurrent Self Service by persons with the Key Contact role from organizations related in the Link organizations...
table field. Only a person with the Account Administrator or Account Designer role can share a dashboard with key contacts.
Organizations
The Organizations
table field is used to relate the dashboard to the organization(s) of which the key contacts can view it.
Shared with customer representatives
The Shared with customer representatives
box is checked when the dashboard should be visible in Xurrent Self Service by persons who are set as the customer representative(s) of Service Level Agreements related in the Link service level agreements...
table field. Only a person with the Account Administrator, Account Designer, or Service Level Manager role can share a dashboard with customer representatives.
Service level agreements
The Service level agreements
table field is used to relate the dashboard to the SLA of which the customer representatives can view it.
Default
The Default
box is checked when the dashboard should be the one in the account that is immediately visible when navigating to the Analytics console. This option is only available when Shared within account
is selected.
Inbox
The Inbox
box is checked when the dashboard should be visible next to the inbox of specialists in the account. This option is only available when Shared within account
is selected.
Color palette
The Color palette
field is used to relate the dashboard to a Color palette.
