Workflow types are used to classify workflows . The type that is assigned to a workflow can be used by the workflow manager to decide which tasks need to be included in the workflow’s implementation plan.
Only a person who has the Account Administrator role of an account can maintain the workflow types of that account.
The Workflow Type Fields page provides field utilization guidelines for each field of the Workflow Type form.
