Before a new workflow can be opened, a workflow template needs to be selected. The information of this workflow template is then used to populate the fields of the new workflow. A new task is generated and linked to the new workflow for each task template that is related to the selected workflow template.

Only a person who has the Account Designer role of an account can maintain the workflow templates of that account.

Duplicate Workflow Template

After selecting an existing workflow template, an account designer manager is able to copy its information and paste it into a new workflow template by selecting the β€œDuplicate Workflow Template” option from the Actions menu.

The Workflow Template Fields page provides field utilization guidelines for each field of the Workflow Template form.
