Welcome to Xurrent Help. This is your online reference that describes the functionality offered by the Xurrent service. To get started, select a topic that you want to know more about from the navigation pane on the left.
A project can be registered whenever the potential need for a new project has been identified. A project manager is responsible for planning and coordinating each project.
Only a person who has the Project Manager role of an account can maintain the projects of that account.
After selecting a request or problem , a project manager is able to open a new project for it by selecting the “Relate to New Project…” option from the Actions menu.
The Project Fields page provides field utilization guidelines for each field of the Project form.
