A Scrum workspace is a placeholder record that consists of a team , a product backlog , an agile board and a set of sprints , which are closely integrated. It allows a team to work using the Scrum framework .
The Scrum functionality can be activated for a Xurrent account by its account owner by selecting the Agile box in the ‘Account Settings’ section of the Settings console . Once activated, the Scrum workspaces can be accessed and maintained in the Records console .
Any person who has the Specialist role of an account can create and maintain Scrum workspaces in that account.
