The table below lists the fields of the Product Backlog form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.
Field Label Utilization Guideline Name
The Name
field is used to enter a name for the product backlog.
Disabled
The Disabled
box is checked when the product backlog may no longer be related to other records.
Product owner
The Product owner
field is used to enter the name of the product owner; the person responsible for managing the product backlog.
Description
The Description
field is used to enter information such as the product goal, which can serve as a target for the team to plan against, the definition of done and the range of numbers that should be used to estimate the complexity of the backlog items.
