The table below lists the fields of the Media File form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.
Field Label Utilization Guideline Name
The Name field is used to enter a short name for the media file.
Public link
The Public link field contains the URL that can be used to retrieve the attached file over the internet.
Important: Anyone who has this public link is able to access the attached file.
Image
If the attached file is a picture, the Image field displays this picture after the media file has been saved.
Attachment
The Attach file… link is used to attach a file. Only one attachment can be added to a media file. The maximum file size of the attachment is 2 GB.
