A task template can be registered for each task that needs to be completed from time to time as part of a workflow . A workflow manager can quickly add a task to a workflow by selecting a task template which information will then be used to populate the fields of the new task.
Task templates can also be related to workflow templates . When a workflow template is used to register a new workflow, a new task will be generated and linked to the new workflow for each task template that is related to the workflow template.
When the first Order Workflow Template is created in the account, a single Fulfilment Placeholder task template is created automatically.
Only a person who has the Account Designer role of an account can maintain the task templates of that account.

After selecting an existing task template, a workflow manager is able to copy its information and paste it into a new task template by selecting the βDuplicate Task Templateβ option from the Actions menu.
The Task Template Fields page provides field utilization guidelines for each field of the Task Template form.
