Welcome to Xurrent Help. This is your online reference that describes the functionality offered by the Xurrent service. To get started, select a topic that you want to know more about from the navigation pane on the left.
Tags can be related to requests by clicking the Add Tag button to the right of the request’s subject. Up to 10 different tags can be added to each request this way. Tags are only visible in the account in which they have been created. In the ‘Tags’ section of the Settings console, a person with the Account Administrator role can maintain these tags.
The Tag Fields page provides field utilization guidelines for each field of the Tag form.
