Welcome to Xurrent Help. This is your online reference that describes the functionality offered by the Xurrent service. To get started, select a topic that you want to know more about from the navigation pane on the left.
A Site record is typically registered for each building or facility where the organization’s employees and long-term contractors are stationed, and/or where your organization’s configuration items are located.
After a site has been registered, it can be linked to persons and configuration items. In addition, sites can be used to establish service level agreements that cover only the people who are stationed at one or more specific sites.
Only a person who has the Directory Administrator role or the Account Administrator role of an account can maintain the sites of that account.
